Food Safety and Quality
As a registered FDA and PA Department of Agriculture food processing facility, we depend on strict sanitation and quality assurance programs to ensure product shelf life & product safety as opposed to chemicals, additives, and preservatives.
We operate under an approved HACCP program. HACCP programs stress the prevention of problems before they occur, rather than reacting to problems after they occur. Our quality assurance staff documents every step of the production process, ensuring every standard operating procedure is followed. Ingredients are tracked from the moment they enter our facility until the finished product leaves.
Surface samples are collected and tested daily throughout our facility.
